About the Rukka Collective

As part of the ongoing human capital development efforts, KGVK has launched "The RUKKA COLLECTIVE", a continuing effort to bring the best talent to be part of this emerging social enterprise hub based out of the 50 acre KGVK Gurukul campus in Rukka village, 15km from Ranchi in Jharkhand, Eastern India.

Rukka, home to KGVK, has a 40 acre agriculture demonstration farm, an integrated dairy farm, residential Auxiliary Nursing Midwives (ANM) college, low cost rural school, 25-bed rural hospital, a Rural BPO center, residential training facility, all of which act as learning and incubation facilities.

Apart from over 200 full-time employees from reputed institutes and diversified backgrounds and geographies, KGVK also attracts fellows, interns and researchers from ICICI Foundation, American India Foundation, UNICEF, TISS, XISS, XLRI, University of Strathclyde, R K Mission University, S P Jain School of Management and London School of Economics.
